As I write this, I imagine that some of you might already be well into the New Year. With the ability for instantaneous communication, one can virtually celebrate the arrival of 2011 with others around the world for 24 hours. I know that one of my facebook friends greeted the new year hours ago. I would like to take the time to wish all of you a very happy and safe 2011. I pray that you and your loved ones would have a wonderful, blessed year, and that any trials you encounter will be small.
I said to my husband the other day, "What happened to the past 10 years? Weren't we just in the 1990s?"
I think it's true that the older we get, the fast time flies. But I believe it's also due to how fast our lives are now. I hope that any difficult times you encounter will pass quickly for you, but that the times of delight will pass ever so slowly to allow you to truly savor them.

Life is truly flying by quickly. I agree totally, the older we get the faster and of course with technology etc. as you mentioned it's speedier.
